SAMREST pillows combine the cloud-like moldability of high-end goose down with the buoyant, zero-sag support of ergonomic memory foam—without the drawbacks of either. We use ultra-fine siliconized microfiber clusters encased in a 100% long-staple cotton percale shell. It never clumps, has zero chemical smell, never pokes through, and maintains continuous cooling airflow all night long.

Is the fill hypoallergenic and cruelty-free?

What are the exact dimensions of Queen and Standard pillows?
SAMREST offers two tailored luxury sizes:
  • Queen Size: 18 × 26 in (46 × 66 cm) — Streamlined profile offering focused cervical alignment for compact and standard bed spreads.
  • Standard Size: 20 × 30 in (51 × 76 cm) — Generous width and length with sweeping lateral room for combination sleepers.
What is the Envelope Closure Design, and why is it better than a zipper?
Our pillow covers feature an internal 8-inch deep envelope overlap hem. This design completely encases your pillow 360° without rigid metal or plastic zippers that can poke your face, scratch delicate skin, snag hair, or break in the dryer. It keeps the pillow firmly tucked in with zero shifting.
Do I need to put another pillowcase over the SAMREST cotton cover?
Our covers are made from ultra-soft 100% combed long-staple cotton percale that feels luxurious to sleep directly upon. However, you can also use it as a protective inner shield beneath decorative bed shams to prolong the lifespan of your pillow core.

Setup, Washing & Daily Care

How do I wash and dry the pillows and cotton covers?
Both the pillows and covers are fully machine washable:
  • Cotton Covers: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or line dry. They soften with every wash cycle.
  • Pillows: Machine wash cold on delicate cycle with mild detergent. Tumble dry on low heat with 2–3 wool dryer balls to restore the lofty cloud fluff. Ensure the core is completely dry before use.
How should I unpack and fluff my pillow upon arrival?
Because our pillows are compactly packaged for clean shipping, simply remove them from the branded dust bag, gently knead and massage the sides, and give them a vigorous shake. You can also place them in the dryer on tumble low for 10 minutes to achieve instant 5-star hotel volume.
Is there any chemical smell when unboxing?
Zero chemical off-gassing. Unlike synthetic polyurethane foam pillows that emit chemical fumes for days, SAMREST uses breathable cotton and clean fiber clusters that are fresh and odorless straight out of the box.

How does the 30-Night Sleep Trial work?
Your trial begins the day your order is delivered. Sleep on your SAMREST pillow in your own bed for up to 30 nights. If your neck stiffness, alignment, or comfort isn't completely transformed, contact us at support@samrest.com for a hassle-free return and full refund.
How do I start an exchange or return?
Simply email our concierge team at support@samrest.com with your order number. We will provide prepaid return instructions. Once confirmed, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
What is covered under the SAMREST Warranty?
We guarantee our craftsmanship against seam tearing, zipper/closure defects, fabric fraying, and premature fill clumping under normal residential care.

How fast is shipping, and how much does it cost?
We provide fast, tracked shipping across the contiguous United States. Orders over $75 qualify for Free Priority Express Tracked Shipping. Orders are typically dispatched from our facility within 24–48 business hours.
How do I track my delivery?
As soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier, we send an automated shipping confirmation email with a live tracking number and status updates.
