Ordering & payment
How do I place an order?
Choose your model and size, add it to cart, and check out. You'll get an email confirmation right away and a second email with tracking once your order ships. If anything looks off, reply to the confirmation and we'll fix it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and the standard express wallets shown at checkout (such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay). Financing is available separately — see the financing question below.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — you can split your purchase into monthly payments with our financing partner at checkout, including a 0% APR option for eligible orders. The exact plans and any interest are shown before you confirm, so there are no surprises.
Can I use a discount code?
Enter your code in the discount field at checkout and it'll apply before payment. One code per order unless a promotion says otherwise. Codes can't be added after an order is placed, so apply it before you pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email support@samrest.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once it's handed to the carrier we can't change it, but our trial and return policy still has you covered.
Do you charge sales tax?
Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, and the total is shown before you pay.

Shipping & delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free within the contiguous US. If we offer white-glove or in-room setup in your area, any cost for that upgrade is shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Mattresses typically leave our warehouse within a couple of business days, and you'll receive tracking as soon as they're on the way. Delivery time after that depends on your location and the carrier.
How is the mattress shipped?
Our mattresses ship compressed and rolled in a box with handles, so one or two people can move it to the bedroom easily. Once unboxed, it expands to full size — see the setup questions below.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or PO boxes?
Free standard shipping covers the contiguous US. For Alaska, Hawaii, or other addresses, any additional cost is shown at checkout. Large items generally can't ship to PO boxes, so please use a street address.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we ship within the US. If international shipping becomes available for your region, it'll appear as an option at checkout.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships we email a tracking link. You can also find it in your order confirmation. If tracking hasn't updated in a few days, email support@samrest.com and we'll check on it.

How does the 100-night trial work?
Your trial starts the day your mattress is delivered. We suggest sleeping on it for at least a couple of weeks so your body can adjust to a new feel. If it isn't right for you within 100 nights, contact us and we'll arrange a return and refund.
Why is there a break-in period?
A new mattress can feel different from an old one your body was used to, and the comfort layers settle over the first couple of weeks. Giving it that time helps you judge the true feel — which is why we ask you to sleep on it a while before deciding.
How do I start a return?
Email support@samrest.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it. For mattresses within the trial, we arrange collection or donation and process your refund — you don't need to keep the original box.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is confirmed, we issue the refund to your original payment method. It then takes a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Can I exchange for a different size or model?
Yes. If you'd prefer a different size or feel, contact us during your trial and we'll help you exchange rather than return. Any price difference is settled at the time of the exchange.
What does the 10-year warranty cover?
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship — such as sagging beyond the stated tolerance or a physical flaw in the foam or seams — under normal use. It doesn't cover normal comfort preference changes, damage from misuse, or use on an unsupported base. Full terms are on our warranty page.
Are accessories and bedding also returnable?
Pillows, sheets, protectors, and other accessories have their own return window, and for hygiene reasons some items must be unused and in original packaging. Check the returns page for the specifics on each category.

What does the Samrest Mattress feel like?
It's a balanced medium-firm. That's supportive for back and stomach sleepers, with enough give at the shoulders and hips to relieve pressure for side and combination sleepers. Feel is personal, which is exactly why there's a 100-night trial.
Which size should I choose?
We offer Twin through Split King. Pick based on your room and whether you share the bed — couples usually prefer Queen or larger. Our size guide lists every dimension side by side.
Is it good for hot sleepers?
The CloudCore™ comfort layer uses open channels that let air move through the surface, and the cover is breathable and moisture-wicking, so the bed is built to sleep cooler than a solid foam block. How cool a bed feels also depends on your bedding and room.
Is it good for couples and restless partners?
The comfort layer is designed to absorb movement, so when one person shifts or gets up, the motion is dampened rather than carried across the bed. A larger size (Queen or up) also gives each person more room.
What is the mattress made of?
The CloudCore™ comfort layer sits over CertiPUR-US® certified support foams, under a breathable, moisture-wicking cover. The full material and certification list for each model is on its product page.
Is the mattress fiberglass-free and non-toxic?
We use foams certified to CertiPUR-US® standards for content and emissions. Any additional certifications a specific model holds — and its fire-barrier construction — are listed on that product page. We only state certifications the product genuinely carries.
Is there an off-gassing smell when I unbox it?
Because the mattress is compressed for shipping, you may notice a faint new-product smell when it's first opened. It's normal and fades within a few hours to a couple of days in a ventilated room.
What's the difference between your models?
Models differ by height, feel, and cooling. If we offer more than one, each product page shows where it lands on the softer-to-firmer and cooling scales so you can compare at a glance. Not sure which fits? Talk to us.
05 — Setup & Care
Setup & care
Do I need a special bed frame?
Any solid or slatted base with slats close together works, as does a compatible adjustable base. Avoid a traditional box spring, which can leave the mattress under-supported. Our size & foundation guide covers slat spacing and compatibility.
How do I set it up?
Place the rolled mattress on your base, unroll it, and carefully cut away the plastic. It begins expanding immediately. You can usually sleep on it the same night, and it reaches full shape over the first day or two.
How do I keep it clean?
A mattress protector is the easiest way to keep it clean and is our top recommendation. Spot-clean spills with mild soap and cold water and let it dry fully before making the bed. Please don't machine-wash or soak the mattress itself.
Do I need to flip or rotate it?
Our mattresses are single-sided, so don't flip them. Rotating head-to-foot every few months can help the surface wear evenly, but it isn't required.
Does using the right base affect my warranty?
Yes — using an appropriate, supportive base is part of normal use. A sagging or unsupported foundation can affect both how the bed feels and your warranty coverage, so it's worth getting the base right.
